"Before training at Pullman Performance, I faced poor self-esteem in terms of body issues, limited flexibility, and being constantly tired. I just felt lousy and depressed. After joining Pullman Performance I started having more confidence in myself and realized I had the potential to become stronger, fitter, and more flexible.
